Rachel Parrott CertRP is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the engineering sector, currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Business Partner at Matchtech since October 2017. Previously, Rachel held a secondment position as a Recruitment Business Partner at Leonardo, where responsibilities included attracting software, systems, and electronics engineers across various levels. Prior to these roles, Rachel gained managerial experience in retail at Mamas & Papas, White Stuff, Gap Inc., and Fat Face. Rachel holds a BSc Hons degree in Psychology from the University of Southampton, graduating in 2010.
