Rui Ferreira

Rui Ferreira is an experienced professional in the recruitment industry, currently serving as the Managing Director for IBERIA at Matchtech since January 2012. Matchtech specializes in providing recruitment services for the Engineering and Technology sectors, operating globally with a strong local presence. Prior to this role, Rui held various key positions at Hays, including Global Head for Fintech, Banking & Insurance, and Regional Manager for IT and finance across Latin America. Rui began a career in Human Resources at Renault and Teksid, after obtaining a degree in Human Resources Management from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa.
