Ezequiel Garcia Castera

Ezequiel Garcia Castera has been in the workforce since 2003. Ezequiel began their career as a Director at Laboratorios Gordon SACIFIA and NATURIS S.A. In 2010, they became the Director at Camp Scholarship Argentina, where they helped over 1000 young adults between the ages of 17-25 receive scholarships. In 2019, they became the Principal Chief Financial Officer at MatchUP, a global marketplace dedicated to connecting educational institutions with prospective students. Ezequiel is responsible for increasing the quantity and quality of connections with prospective students, maximizing investment and optimizing resources for both parties, using AI-based smart matching engine. Ezequiel also works to improve the conversion rate.
