Operations Team

The Operations Team at MATCOR AUTOMOTIVE (MICHIGAN), INC, is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end production processes for automotive component assemblies and stampings. This includes managing operational workflows, continuous improvement initiatives, maintenance, materials and logistics, as well as supporting cross-border and external manufacturing strategies to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality standards for OEM customers.
