Rehan Siddiqui

Rehan Siddiqui is an experienced professional in the field of quality engineering and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Matcor-Matsu Group since August 2016. In this role, significant improvements in press shop efficiency were achieved, increasing overall efficiency from 60% to 85% through the implementation of new procedures and tools. Prior positions include Sr. Quality Engineer and Jr. Quality Engineer, where Rehan focused on root-cause analysis, process evaluation, and quality standards compliance per ISO/TS 16949. Rehan also has a solid background as a Quality Assurance Auditor at Matcor - Matsu Automotive, servicing major automotive clients. Rehan holds an MBA from Philippine Christian University and a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Engineering from Karachi University.
