Carlos André Guimaraes

Carlos André Guimaraes has extensive experience in leadership and finance, serving as the Presidente do Conselho de Administração, Executive Director, and CFO at Matera since October 1988. Additionally, Carlos holds a position as a Member of the Board at IVP - Inova Ventures Participações S.A. since 2016 and served on the Board of the Inova Unicamp Innovation Agency from 2016 to 2020. Carlos earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and specialized in Accounting and Finance through various programs at Fundação Dom Cabral, FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and FACAMP.
