Rafael Grottoli

Rafael Grottoli has a diverse and extensive work experience in the IT industry. Rafael is currently the CTO at Matera since 2021. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2021, they worked at Vivo (Telefónica Brasil) where they held various roles including IT Director - Architecture, Quality, Devops & Projects and IT Senior Manager - Transformation Projects. Before joining Vivo, Rafael worked at GVT from 2004 to 2015, where they held multiple positions such as IT Senior Manager - BSS/OSS Systems, IT Senior Manager - Transformation Projects, IT Senior Manager - Architecture & Governance, Systems Manager - New Products Projects, Systems Manager - Pay TV and OSS Systems, BPM Coordinator, Technologies Coordinator, SOA and Integration Coordinator, OSS Development Coordinator, and J2EE and OSS Architect. Prior to joining GVT, they worked at JAUNT Technologies as a J2EE Architect and Developer. During their career, Rafael has been involved in various projects at different levels of complexity and has experience in areas such as enterprise architecture, project management, agile methodology, DevOps, systems integration, and software development.

Rafael Grottoli holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Enterprise Strategical Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, obtained between 2012 and 2014. Rafael also completed a Project Management program at FAE Centro Universitário from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná between 1999 and 2002. In addition, Rafael obtained the Certified SAFe Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2018.
