Senior Consultant at Material Economics

Fanny Widepalm is currently serving as the Impact Lead at Norrsken VC since August 2024, focusing on impact and ESG throughout the investment cycle. Previously, Fanny worked at McKinsey & Company from August 2020 to July 2024 as an Associate in Material Economics, engaging in approximately 15 sustainability-related projects across various sectors, including fashion and agriculture. Fanny's career also includes roles as a Junior Associate Research Assistant at Handelshögskolan i Stockholm, a Consulting Intern at Oliver Wyman, an Investment Banking Intern at Lazard, and a Client Service Intern at East Capital. Fanny holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and completed an exchange semester at Sciences Po, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. Fanny's educational background includes studies at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and an Upper Secondary Diploma in Natural Sciences from Viktor Rydbergs Gymnasium Djursholm.
