Gail Wong began their career in 2013 as a Management Trainee at NOVI FOOTWEAR. Her core job duties included regular factory visits for quality control, launching a new brand from sourcing raw materials to manufacturing, and negotiating with factories in China. In 2015, they became an Operation & Business Development Officer at Rich Smart International Holdings Limited in Shen Zhen, China. In 2017, they joined Tuspark Global Network, Tus Holdings, Hong Kong as an Associate. Her core job duties included managing the TGN event team, supporting Investment Managers, and identifying startups needs. Gail also co-organized an event with Macau Government and Tsinghua University, operated an iCup Competition, and was a speaker of a China International Fair for Investment & Trade Seminar. In 2018, they were a Corporate Planning & Customer Services Officer at Alpha & Leader. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Material Exchange. Her core job duties include delivering value to the customer, assisting customer engagement, identifying and solving supplier and buyer pain points, and increasing the efficiency and value. Gail also works closely with sales and scanning teams to drive new revenue.

Gail Wong has a diverse educational background. Gail obtained a Bachelor of Economics in International Economics and Trade from Jinan University in 2013. From 2011 to 2012, they participated in an exchange program at the University of Cincinnati, where they studied International Business. In 2018, they earned a Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Additionally, in 2011 they obtained the ZHC Advanced Level from the Chinese National Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and is currently working towards obtaining the MCIPS from CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply in 2022.
