Nikolina Seferovic Grkovic

Nikolina Seferovic Grkovic has had a varied work experience since 2016. In that year, they were the Human Resources (HR) Team Lead for SOFA, a non-profit organisation under the auspices of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Republic of Serbia. From 2017-2018, they were a Project Manager for both Digital BlueMoon and RailsWay. In 2018, they joined Material Exchange and held the roles of VP of Customer Success and Enablement, and Customer Success and Enablement Director. As Director, they were responsible for designing business processes and procedures, from hiring and training new team members to improving communication with other parts of the company. Additionally, they were a Product Manager, responsible for defining project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value.

Nikolina Seferovic Grkovic completed a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Belgrade between 2013 and 2017. Nikolina then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Information Technology Project Management from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Economics in Subotica between 2019 and 2021.
