Neema Haghshenas

Neema Haghshenas possesses extensive experience in procurement, planning, and project management, currently serving as the Director of Procurement & Planning at Material in Motion since July 2015. In this role, Neema partners with various teams to manage material oversight and ensure efficiency for over 300 SKUs and 1,200 components, valued at $800 million. Previously, Neema held the position of Global Supply Chain Manager, focusing on capacity and production planning for data center infrastructure, and achieved significant improvements in on-time delivery as a Master Scheduler. Prior experience includes project management at Build Group, Inc., overseeing a $4.2 million corporate office development, and roles at Bay Plus Construction, where Neema managed documentation and budgets for a $12 million portfolio. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
