Debbie Beers

Debbie Beers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing research and analytics, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Material since October 2018. Previously, Beers co-founded Campfire Consulting Group LLC, focused on enhancing workplace environments, and held key roles at Kimberly-Clark where responsibilities included leading global marketing research for prominent brands such as Huggies and Kotex. Prior experience includes impactful positions at Furniture Brands International, Michelin North America, Qwest Communications, U S WEST, and Abbott Laboratories, consistently driving strategy and innovation across various sectors. Beers holds an MBA in Marketing Research from Iowa State University and a BBA in Marketing from Iowa State University as well, further complemented by leadership training from Furman University's Diversity Leadership Academy.
