Conny Hooghe

Conny Hooghe is the current Vice President of Human Resources at Materialise. Conny has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Conny started their career in 1990 as an HR employee at Somati Systems. Conny then moved to KBC Lease in 1993, where they were an HR Manager for six years. In 1999, they left KBC Lease to join Atos Origin as an HR Manager. Conny stayed at Atos Origin for seven years before joining Fujitsu ServicesDiege as their HR Director in 2006. Conny remained at Fujitsu ServicesDiege for two years before returning to Materialise in 2008 as their VP of Human Resources.

Conny Hooghe earned a master's degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Ghent University. Conny also attended high school, where they studied Latin and Greek at Dames Van Maria Aalst.

They work with Carla Van Steenbergen - Chief Legal Officer, Hilde Ingelaere - EVP Medical, and Jurgen Laudus - VP Manufacturing Segment. Conny Hooghe reports to Wilfried Vancraen, CEO.
