Donald then worked at Valeo Clutches & Transmissions as a Program Manager, Process Engineer, and Design Engineer, focusing on manual transmission components. Following that, they served as an Account Manager at LuK USA, LLC, managing new product sales and launch for transmission components in the automotive industry. Donald then joined Kaiser Aluminum as an Account Executive, handling sales and program management for aluminum products in the automotive and heavy truck industries. Later, they pursued Graduate Studies in Business Administration at Madonna University, earning a Masters degree from 1990-1994.
