Donald Licht

Donald Licht has extensive work experience in sales and business development roles within various industries. Donald started their career as a Manufacturing Design Engineer at Pontiac Engine Operations, where they were responsible for designing tools and gages for engine machining and assembly. Donald then worked at Valeo Clutches & Transmissions as a Program Manager, Process Engineer, and Design Engineer, focusing on manual transmission components. Following that, they served as an Account Manager at LuK USA, LLC, managing new product sales and launch for transmission components in the automotive industry. Donald then joined Kaiser Aluminum as an Account Executive, handling sales and program management for aluminum products in the automotive and heavy truck industries. After that, they worked at Gerard Thomas Co. as a Sales Representative, overseeing sales and business development functions and managing logistics. Donald later became the Director of Commercial Sales at Loc Performance Products, Inc., where they managed inside and outside sales, developed new markets, and handled contract negotiation. Donald then joined General Products as a Sales Executive, responsible for new business development and managing commercial activities. Donald also worked as a Sales Manager at Tower International, focusing on new business development and commercial activities. Currently, Licht holds the position of Director - OEM Partnerships and Channel Sales at Materialise, where they lead OEM business development and develops a corporate reselling channel. Donald previously worked at Materialise as the Director - OEM Business Development Americas. Donald Licht earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Production Management / Engineering from Ferris State University in the years 1982-1984. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Applied Science degree in Technical Drafting - Tool & Die Design from the same university from 1980-1982. Later, they pursued Graduate Studies in Business Administration at Madonna University, earning a Masters degree from 1990-1994.
