Wouter Houthoofd

Wouter Houthoofd is a Clinical Literature Research Associate at Materialise, involved in medical device development and clinical trials. Previously, Wouter held roles including Publications Manager and team leader at XPE Pharma&Science, where they coordinated the publication process of clinical study results. Wouter also served as a Drug Safety Officer at Bayer and a Clinical Data Manager at the European Organisation of Research and Treatment of Cancer. With a PhD in Biology (zoology) from Ghent University, Wouter has contributed to research projects and has taught bachelor and master students as a guest professor.
