Greg Hone is an experienced operations and engineering manager with a strong background in leading teams and managing significant projects across various industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Engineering Manager at Materion Corporation, Greg leads a five-person engineering team and has successfully proposed multiple capital projects, including a $25 million tailings facility expansion and various sustainability efforts. Previously, Greg held positions at Linde and Praxair, where responsibilities included managing plant operations, implementing efficiency improvements, and overseeing safety programs.
