Heather Doucette

Early in Heather's career at Eaton Corporation, initiatives led included significant advancements in supplier diversity and the development of global sourcing processes. Heather began professional experience as a Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young and holds a BA in Psychology from Baldwin Wallace University.
