Christin Davis

Christin Davis is currently the Managing Director of HR Operations & Technology at ChenMed, a position held since December 2020, responsible for driving technical and functional teams to support HR technology initiatives. Prior to this, Christin served as Director of Talent Acquisition at Mr. Cooper, where a focus was placed on technology hiring and implementing diversity sourcing software. Experience also includes a role as Project Director at Korn Ferry, managing strategic planning and recruitment projects, successfully reducing time to hire, and leading the installation of artificial intelligence sourcing technology. Earlier in career, as Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Sabre Corporation, Christin developed global recruitment strategies, managed onboarding for new clients, and led numerous international recruiting initiatives. A graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History, Christin brings extensive expertise in talent acquisition and HR operations.
