James Gaillardetz

James Gaillardetz has over 40 years of experience in engineering and production roles. Currently serving as a Coating Engineering Technician and Production Supervisor at Materion Corporation since March 2000, James Gaillardetz oversees the Sputtering Department, managing day-to-day production activities and ensuring safety standards are met. Prior experience includes a position as Group Leader in the Plastic Extrusion Department at 3M Corporation from September 1984 to January 1999, where James Gaillardetz led operations for the production of heatshrink tubing and other plastic products. Earlier career experience includes working as a Welder at Prelco Corp. from April 1980 to June 1982, where responsibilities involved welding, grinding, and some CNC operations. James Gaillardetz holds a Heating License from New Hampshire Technical College and graduated from Lowell Vocational Technical High School.
