Joseph Balwinski

Joseph Balwinski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process engineering and operations management, currently serving as Director of Process Engineering at Materion Corporation since August 2010. Throughout the tenure at Materion, Joseph has held various roles including Plant Manager, Operations Manager for both Bulk and Strip Products, Superintendent for Strip Products, and Process Engineer. Prior to joining Materion, Joseph worked as a Field Service Engineer at Surface Combustion, Inc. Joseph holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bowling Green State University (2011-2013) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo (2001-2005).
