Previous roles include Plant Manager at TE Connectivity and Foundry Manager at PCC Airfoils, where responsibilities encompassed production management and strategic growth initiatives. Earlier in career at Maverick Tube Corporation, Lincoln held the position of Director of Engineering, managing significant capital projects and enhancing maintenance practices.
