Reza Javan

Reza Javan is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in process engineering and production management. Currently serving as a Process Engineering Supervisor at Materion Corporation since June 2022, Reza previously held roles at Universal Hydraulik GmbH, where responsibilities included maximizing production capacity as a Production Manager and performing technical calculations as a Technical Sales Engineer. Reza's academic background includes a Master of Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial, and Manufacturing Engineering from The University of Toledo and degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Azad University and Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Reza has also contributed to research as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Toledo, focusing on Additive Manufacturing of metals.
