Sheila Farrell

Sheila Farrell has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sheila started their career as an HR Intern in General Motors in 2000, 2001, and 2002. Sheila then joined General Motors again in 2003 as a Staffing Specialist and later became an HR Representative.

Afterwards, they moved to GE Aviation in 2007, where they served as an HR Representative, HR Leader, and HR Manager. In 2013, they joined GE Lighting as an HR Business Partner and later became the Manager of Compensation & HR Operations.

In 2015, Farrell joined Philips as a Senior HR Manager before joining Materion Corporation in 2018. At Materion, they held various roles, including Regional Human Resources Director, Director of Human Resources for Commercial Teams, Senior Director of Human Resources for Talent Development and Commercial Teams, and Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Development.

Sheila Farrell pursued their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from Harding University, which they completed between 1998 and 2002. Later, they attended Walsh College from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Human Resources.
