Kelly Ashfield (Fogarty)

Kelly Ashfield (Fogarty) has over 16 years of experience in the medical device industry. Kelly began their career in 2004 as a Product Development Engineer and Advanced Quality Engineer at Davol. Kelly then moved to MedTech Innovator in 2019 as a Mentor and Sponsor. In 2010, they joined Ximedica as a Director of Program Management and Site Operations, where they were responsible for the overall operations of Ximedica's San Francisco facility, providing oversight management, leadership and input to program managers, and developing strategies for organizational growth. Kelly then moved on to roles as Director of Quality Services, Quality Services Manager, Senior Design Assurance Engineer, and Design Assurance Engineer. In 2020, Kelly joined Materna Medical as the Chief Operating Officer.

Kelly Ashfield (Fogarty) began their educational journey in 1999 at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2003. In 2005, they continued their education at the University of Rhode Island - College of Business, receiving their Masters in Business Administration in 2008.
