Thomas Kilian

Thomas Kilian is the Head of Talent Acquisition at Materna Information & Communications SE since March 2017, responsible for all aspects of recruiting, employer branding, and personnel marketing within the organization. Kilian leads a 20-member recruiting team, collaborates closely with leadership on strategic personnel planning and onboarding, and ensures an efficient recruiting process guided by relevant KPIs. Previously, Kilian served as a HR Manager, overseeing recruiting processes and providing advice on various HR topics. Prior to Materna, Kilian worked as a Senior Consultant at amx consulting, specializing in the recruitment of executives in information technology, and as a Marketing Manager at actidata Storage Systems GmbH, where responsibilities included creating press releases and managing marketing activities. Kilian holds a Master of Science in Economic and Social Sciences from Technische Universität Dortmund.
