Justine Bowers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and communications management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Town & Line, Compass RE since August 2018, and as Communications Manager at Maternity Care Coalition since May 2015, Justine has demonstrated strong leadership skills. Previous roles include Charity Director at the Plant A Seed Inspire A Dream Foundation, where notable achievements included raising significant funds and planning successful fundraising events. Additional experience includes account management at Slice Communications and copywriting at Maiden Media Group. Justine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Temple University.

Since 1980, Maternity Care Coalition has assisted more than 145,000 families throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania, focusing particularly on neighborhoods with high rates of poverty, infant mortality, health disparities, and changing immigration patterns. We know a family’s needs change as they go through the pregnancy and their child’s first years and we offer a range of services and programs for every step along the way. Our Mission The mission of Maternity Care Coalition is to improve the health and well-being of pregnant women and parenting families, and enhance school readiness for children 0-3.
