Florence Leroy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in land management and project development. Currently serving as Business Manager Oost-Vlaanderen and Project Developer at Matexi since October 2019, Florence has also been engaged with MEET HET as a Landmeter-Expert since 2011, contributing to a network that offers a wide range of land surveying services. Prior roles include Patrimoniumbeheerder at Sogent from March 2011 to October 2019, and expertise in land acquisition and valuation at Vlaamse Landmaatschappij between October 2008 and February 2011. Additionally, in early 2008, Florence worked as a Projectmanager Bedrijfsinfrastructuur at POM Oost-Vlaanderen. Florence holds a Bachelor's degree in landscape development and a Bachelor's degree in real estate, with a focus on surveying, both from HOGENT.
