Mattias Verhulst

Mattias Verhulst is an experienced project developer currently working at Matexi since February 2021. Prior to this role, Mattias served as a beleidsmedewerker vastgoed en ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen at KU Leuven from November 2018 to February 2021 and as a ruimtelijk planner at Interleuven from July 2015 to November 2018. Mattias began a career as a consultant in grondgebiedzaken at Cipal from January 2015 to July 2015. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in vastgoedkunde from KU Leuven (2019-2020), a Master of Science in stedenbouw en ruimtelijke planning from Ghent University (2012-2014), and a Bachelor of Science in geography from KU Leuven (2009-2012). Additionally, participation in academic activities took place at Universitat Politècnica de València and Sint-Jozefscollege Herentals.
