Ruben De Craemer is an experienced professional currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager at Matexi since June 2022, where responsibilities include leading the optimization and standardization agenda within administration across various core processes. As the Owner of Sensemaking bv since May 2022, Ruben leverages extensive experience in the financial sector, primarily from ING Belgium, where roles included Director - Head of KYC Center and Director - Program Lead Know Your Customer, overseeing large teams and managing significant operational initiatives. Prior positions at ING Belgium included Director - Head of Client Services Business Lending, Senior Program Manager on international assignments, and various managerial roles focusing on corporate lending transformation and process optimization.
