Tom Van Becelaere is a seasoned professional in real estate and project management, currently serving as Business Manager Limburg at Matexi since January 2014 and as a bestuurder at AnnTo bv since January 2013, where Tom provides consultancy and support in real estate portfolio management. Previous experience includes roles such as Project Manager Expansie at Limboma - Groep Heeren and Project Manager Real Estate at SHURGARD Europe, along with project development positions at ALDI Belgium. Tom began their career as Production Supervisor at Sappi, advancing to Production Manager at Agglo NV. Tom holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from KU Leuven and completed a secondary education in Latin-Mathematics at SJB Zonhoven.
