Troy Henikoff

Troy Henikoff is currently the Managing Director at MATH Venture Partners, where Troy leads a team of hands-on investors and operators. Troy also serves as a Lecturer of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, Troy is a Board Member at CardFlight, Built In, Trainual, Chowly, Inc., Retrium, WorkBright, and the Chicagoland Entrepreneurial Center. Troy is also the Co-Author of "Levers - The Framework for Building Repeatability into Your Business." Troy holds a Master's degree in Engineering from Northwestern University, as well as an MBA coursework from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Engineering from Brown University.
