Virginia Knechtel

Virginia Knechtel has a diverse work experience starting as a Special Education Teacher at Miami Central Senior High School from August 2004 to June 2006. Virginia then joined Mathematica in August 2008 as a Research Analyst and later progressed to roles such as Senior Researcher, Principal Researcher, and Deputy Director of Learning and Strategy. Virginia'stenure at Mathematica lasted from August 2008 to March 2022.

Virginia Knechtel (she/her) holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which they completed from 2000 to 2004. Virginia also holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008.
