Fremiud E. Otero Cordero is a Lockheed Martin Scholar, participating in a program supporting students for professional and academic development. They have experience with the Mathematical Association of America and have worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Microsoft. Their research projects include adversarial learning networks and designing a hydroelectric artefact for the Puerto Rico Department of Education. They have also participated in research experiences at Jefferson Lab and NASA, including designing a rover for lunar exploration. They have been a teaching assistant and participated in the NASA Student Launch program. Education-wise, they are pursuing a degree in Applied Math for Science and Engineering and have a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering.
