Luke Boutwell is an economist and data analyst with expertise in econometrics and environmental economics. With experience at Mather Economics, Center for Natural Resource Economics and Policy, The Nature Conservancy, and Alabama Museum of Natural History, Luke has worked on various projects related to environmental policy analysis, economic resilience, land use changes, and coastal economic vulnerability. With a Ph.D in Natural Resource Economics & Applied Econometrics, a Masters in Agricultural Economics, and a Bachelor's degree in Geography, Luke has a strong educational background to support their work in the field.
