Dominice LaPorte MSOD SHRM-SCP currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Mather and has been involved with the Kenneth Young Center as the Past Chair of the Board of Directors since December 2017. With extensive experience in human resources leadership across various organizations, Dominice held roles including Vice President North Region Business Human Resources at Endeavor Health and Vice President of Human Resources at Northwest Community Healthcare. Previous positions include System Assistant Vice President at Ascension and various roles at Northwest Community Healthcare and Friendship Senior Options. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Organization Development from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Communications from Bradley University, complemented by studies at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and King's College London.
