Jill Silver Topolski is an experienced professional in the field of development and nonprofit management. Currently serving as a Residency Advisor at Mather since July 2021, Jill has previously held significant roles such as Director of Development at NAMI Cook County North Suburban and at URJ Olin-Sang-Ruby Union Institute. Jill's career includes positions at the Million Dollar Round Table Foundation as a Donor Operations Associate and at The Chicago Council on Global Affairs as Assistant Director of Leadership Giving, where expertise in global issues and public discourse was cultivated. Additional experience encompasses senior management in major gifts at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and leadership roles in development and communications at Chicagoland Jewish High School and The Cove School.
