Dianne Baxter

Dianne Baxter is a seasoned professional in leadership and professional development, currently serving at MathWorks since June 2017. Previously, Dianne held key positions including Director of Leadership Development at Fidelity Investments from October 2012 to June 2017, and Director of Learning Services at Liberty Mutual from April 2011 to October 2012. Dianne's extensive experience also includes founding a consulting practice in learning and development, serving various industries from 1994 to 2011, and working as a Learning Manager at The Hanover Insurance Group from 2000 to 2007. Dianne holds an MBA in Marketing from Bentley University's McCallum Graduate School of Business, a Human Resources Management Certificate from Bryant University, and a BA in Economics and Math from Regis College.
