Molly Wiley

Molly Wiley is an experienced professional in creative recruiting and community engagement, currently serving as the Host for CreativeMornings/Sacramento since January 2024, a globally recognized monthly lecture series promoting creativity. Since December 2014, Molly has held the position of Director of Creative Recruiting at Mathys+Potestio / The Creative Party®, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, managing a team of recruiters, enhancing training programs, and fostering client relationships. Previous roles include Senior Account Manager, Creative Recruiter, and Account Manager at Mathys+Potestio, and various positions in graphic design, freelance writing, and fitness instruction. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communications from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
