Chris Tihansky

Chris Tihansky is the current CEO at Matia Robotics. Chris has also served as the Senior Director of Technology Management at the University of Utah Technology & Venture Commercialization and as the Chief Development Officer at Mauna Kea Technologies. In these roles, they have been focused on identifying the commercial potential of emerging technologies in the biomedical field. Chris has authored reports on medical technologies for Drexel University and developed strategic analysis for novel imaging product in GI marketplace. Chris has also engineered strategic partnerships in interventional radiology, neurosurgery, urology and molecular imaging. In addition to their work in the biomedical field, Chris is also a management consultant and the founder of CET Advisors, LLC.

Chris Tihansky has a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of San Diego. Chris also has a Leadership Certificate from Duke University.
