Angie Hastings

Angie Hastings has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Angie currently works at Matillion as a Sr. Sales Engineer. Before that, they were a Pre-Sales Solution Architect at TEKsystems from June 2020 to May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Enterprise Data Architect at CDM Smith from September 2018 to June 2020. Angie also served as a Big Data Engineer/Architect at Shaw Communications from August 2016 to June 2018 and as a Managing Data Architect at HomeAdvisor from May 2015 to August 2016. Angie has extensive experience as an Independent Consultant at Data Art Inc. & BI Bridge Solutions from June 1999 to May 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Sr. Data Architect at Colorado HealthOP from September 2014 to April 2015 and as a Senior Data Architect and ETL Manager at Newmont Mining Corporation from July 2008 to September 2012. Angie began their career as a Data Warehouse data architect at National Renewable Energy Labs from May 2007 to November 2007 and as an ETL Technical Team Lead at Abacus from May 2005 to January 2007.

Angie Hastings holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising/Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder. Angie also has a Master of Computer Information Systems degree in Software Engineering and Database Design from the University of Denver. In addition to their degrees, Angie obtained a Matillion Associate Certification from Matillion in August 2022.
