Charlee Norton has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. In 2017, Charlee joined Direct Line Group as a Digital Resourcing Partner, responsible for hiring exceptional talent for the growing Digital Department. From 2018 to 2019, Charlee transitioned to the role of Digital Scrum Master, embedding agile principles into the team and driving efficiency in web page changes and new product launches. In 2019, Charlee became a Data Insight Product Manager, overseeing the strategic delivery of projects involving end-to-end data journeys and building QlikSense dashboards for actionable insights in Claims Analytics. Charlee Norton attended Lewis Girls Comprehensive School from 2006 to 2013, where they completed their A Level. Charlee then pursued their higher education at Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2014 to 2017 and obtained a degree in International Hospitality and Event Management. Their field of study included hospitality, events, finance, marketing, and HR. In addition to their academic qualifications, Charlee also received additional certifications. In February 2015, they obtained a certification in Food Safety, though the institution providing this certification is not specified. More recently, in March 2022, Charlee obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org.
