Nicholas Webster

Nicholas Webster began their career in 2011 as an EDI Administrator at CDL, where they managed EDI messaging communications between insurers and brokers. In 2015, they joined Broker Direct Plc as a Software Developer, responsible for developing and maintaining internal software systems. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as an Implementation Engineer at NetEDI, integrating and configuring EDI outputs. In 2019, they joined K3 Business Technologies, initially as a Product Specialist/Solution Architect, then as a Platform Specialist and Product Owner - Integration. Nicholas is currently employed at Matillion as a Product Owner, working closely with stakeholders and the development team to deliver solutions aligned with user needs and market demands. Nicholas also had an internship experience as an MBA Intern at the Product Innovation Centre at Edge Hill University, where they collaborated on various product innovation projects. In addition to their professional career, Nicholas also served as a Combat Medical Technician in the British Army Reserve from 2008 to 2020.

Nicholas Webster completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computing from the University of Central Lancashire, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Edge Hill University, where they are expected to graduate in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Nicholas Webster has obtained several certifications. These include the Matillion Associate Certification from Matillion in May 2023, the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org in November 2022, and various certifications from Matillion Academy, such as Matillion ETL Variables, Migration, Shared Jobs, Building a Data Warehouse using Matillion, and Matillion API, all obtained between August and September 2022.
