Glen Pierce

Glen Pierce is a seasoned technology professional with over 20 years of experience in IT service management and support. Currently serving as Sr Manager of the Global Service Desk at Mativ since October 2024, Glen has previously held leadership positions at Colonial Pipeline Company as Director of Technology Service & Support and Technology Operations Center Manager, and at Delta Air Lines as Applications Operations Manager. Glen's career also includes significant roles at Southern Company, where oversight of teams responsible for IT applications and infrastructure management was a focus, and at The Home Depot as a Sr Systems Engineer. Glen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from La Trobe University.
