Shabbirali Matiya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and digital transformation. As the Founder and CEO of Matiyas Solutions since September 2020, Shabbirali leads the company in providing comprehensive automation solutions tailored to address business challenges. Prior to founding Matiyas, Shabbirali served as Sr. Manager of HR Operations at Evosys from June 2015 to July 2020, and held various HR roles at IndiaNIC Infotech Ltd, Collabera, UV Consultants, and HR Capitol, accumulating expertise in HR functions, talent acquisition, and employee management. Shabbirali's educational background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Jaipur National University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from INSB College.
