Sue-Ann Tillinghast-Silva has extensive work experience, starting in 2001 at Citizens Bank as Assistant Vice President/Group Manager in Customer Direct Sales & Customer Survey. Sue-Ann worked there until 2008. From 2009 to 2013, they held multiple roles at SWAROVSKI, including Operations Manager and later Manager of North America Customer Relations. Sue-Ann then became Sr. Manager of North America Customer Relations at SWAROVSKI from 2013 to 2017. After that, they worked at Hasbro as HR Shared Services Manager from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Experience at Matouk since 2019.

Sue-Ann Tillinghast-Silva attended the Rhode Island School of Design from 1992 to 1996. Sue-Ann obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Illustration.
