Shaista Sivakumar

Shaista Sivakumar is currently serving as Associate Vice President HR in Talent Learning and Culture at Matrimony.com Limited. Shaista previously held the position of Director HR and Corporate Communications at Credo Health Services Pvt. Ltd. and AGM- HR in L&OD at Chola MS General Insurance (Murugappa group). Prior to these roles, Shaista was the Head of L&D at Kauvery Hospital. Shaista holds a Ph.D. in Sociology (HRD) from Bharathidasan University and an MSW in HR from Bishop Heber College.
