Daniele Fava

Daniele Fava is an experienced Senior Materials Scientist and Laboratory Manager with a strong background in research and development of various products in the Oil & Gas, Transport, Defence, and Infrastructure industries. Daniele has extensive experience in formulating, testing, and validating products using epoxy, vinyl ester, and polyurethane chemistry. Throughout their career, Daniele has demonstrated expertise in managing qualification programs, providing technical recommendations to clients, and supervising laboratory staff. Daniele's educational background includes a PhD in Polymer and Material Chemistry from the University of Toronto and an MSc in Industrial Chemistry from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
