James Jenkins

James Jenkins is a Regional Director and VP with over twenty-five years of international experience in Operations, Projects, and Business Development within the oil and energy industry. They have extensive P&L management experience and have led businesses generating over $200M annually. Throughout their career, James has been assigned to regions including Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and North America, successfully developing and leading teams of up to 350 employees. Currently, they serve as a Fractional Vice President of Business Development at Matrix Composites & Engineering, having previously held positions in senior leadership at various organizations, including Kin Assets Limited and Weatherford. James earned a First-class Honours degree in Leadership and Business Management in 2018 from Nottingham Trent University.
