Mj Caunan

MJ Caunan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and positions. They started their career as a Senior Firefighter at the U.S. Forest Service from July 2006 to February 2008. Following this, they worked at Del Mar Pacific General Contractor, Inc. from May 2008 to August 2016, where they held the roles of Construction Manager and later General Manager. They then joined United Renovations, LLC in October 2016 as an Account Manager, responsible for developing strategic account plans and managing client relationships. At KATERRA, MJ worked from October 2016 to July 2021, serving as a National Account Manager and later as a Senior National Account Executive. In these roles, they focused on managing strategic customer accounts and developing project plans and proposals. Lastly, MJ Caunan currently holds the position of Vice President at Matrix Construction Services since July 2021, where they oversee day-to-day operations and the long-term success of the company.

From 2007 to 2009, MJ Caunan attended Oxnard College where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Building Construction Technology.
