Alan Pennington

Alan Pennington is a seasoned executive currently serving as Senior Vice President at Matrix Consulting Group since 2005. Prior to this role, Alan held multiple positions at the City of Peoria, Illinois, including Assistant City Manager, Assistant Human Resources Director, and Labor Relations Manager from 1992 to 2005. Alan holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Maine, obtained between 1990 and 1992, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Management from the same institution, completed in 1990.
